As a Wikimedian, I want to read help documentation for Community Configuration, because I want to understand how the feature works and feel comfortable making changes.

Background & research:

This task is important because Community Configuration 2.0 will only be successful if it is widely known about and utilized when needed, and admins will only utilize Community Configuration if it is understandable and relatively straightforward to utilize.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Update existing documentation, with a focus on
