That's why we united our talented teams from MC, Worten Portugal, and NOS SGPS, with participants from various businesses, to delve into agile methodologies and enhance our collaborative efforts. This event featured not only industry experts, but also enthusiastic learners eager to dive into these practices. Business as usual? Or the investment in new skills and progression? 🚀 Marta Cunha, Head of Transformation at #Sonae, participated in the session organised by OECD - OCDE that joined together leaders and specialists from all over the globe to talk about the future of work and #reskilling. To boost local productivity and innovation, employers should figure out the skills needed and get involved in hands-on training like apprenticeships and on-the-job training. 🗣 Marta also shared that for the European initiative Reskilling for Employment (R4E), which Sonae integrates, the future seems bright: “with 70% employability rate, we are gaining the trust of our people”, using #requalification to increase #employment.

💥 João Dolores, CFO of #Sonae, went on stage at QSP SUMMIT yesterday for a productive conversation with Linda Hill, Best-Selling Author, Speaker & Professor at Harvard Business School. The “Thinkers Lab” went around the ABC of Great #Leadership, discussing: What Makes a Great Leader? 📢 They talked about the power of adaptation and transformation, and how leaders understand the changing dynamics and the evolving nature of innovation that requires everyone to co-create the #future.

What’s the Blue Equation we need to solve? 🌊   Anouk Veber, Head of Venture.s at Sparkfood, participated in the development of a new article on the ‘Blue Economy’. The call to action is clear «Investors, don’t forget the ocean!». This equates to 259,000 individuals, representing 4.8% of private sector employment 📈
