  • RECEIPT OF ANNUAL ALLOCATION TO THE TRIAL COURTS FROM THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL AFTER ENACTMENT OF THE BUDGET ACT

Pursuant to California Rule of Court 10.620(f), the Superior Court of Riverside County provides this notice of receipt of the preliminary annual trial court allocation for 2024–2025 from the Judicial Council following the enactment of the 2024 Budget. In addition, to comply with the above-mentioned Rule of Court, Riverside Superior Court is posting the Judicial Branch Budget Committee and Trial Court Budget Advisory Committee reports to the council. These reports provide helpful detail regarding the allocations and can be viewed by following the links below on the California Courts website:

Effective January 1, 2010, Rule 10.500 of the California Rules of Court sets forth comprehensive public access provisions applicable to judicial administrative records maintained by the state trial and appellate courts, the Judicial Council, and the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC).
