Physical Therapy

We are an outpatient clinic that provides physical therapy services for active duty military members. Patients can be evaluated with or without a referral for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal injuries and conditions that fall within our scope of care. We do not provide neurological, cardiac rehabilitation. Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
