Beginning her career in Marketing, she advanced to Deputy Managing Director in 2015 and Managing Director in 2018, consistently driving creative excellence, digital transformation, and sustainability. Margot also serves on the boards of RMHC Philippines, Philippine Business for Education, and Kain Tayo Pilipinas, demonstrating her commitment to social causes.   Her numerous accolades include the Agora Award for Marketing, 1st CMO of the Year from Tambuli, and Campaign Asia’s Women Leading Change Award.
