Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date that you received it. In the event you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us prior to sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and condition your products were received. All related tags must still be on each product.

 

Shipping Charges

Refunds do not include any shipping charges and are therefore non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed once your item is received and processed. If there are concerns or problems with your return, you will be contacted by our representatives.

Please allow 5 business days to process a refund.

Damaged/Defective Product

If your item was received damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide instructions on how to return your product for a replacement. 

Exchanges

You have 30 days from date of receiving your product to request an exchange. If for any reason we do not have the product you are requesting as an exchange, we will refund your purchase. Your item must be in the original packaging and unused if you are requesting an exchange.

Exchange Timescales

Items being sent for replacement will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your product.

Additional Shipping Costs

There are no additional shipping charges with exchanges. 

Cancelling faulty & Misdescribed Product

By law we have a legal duty to supply products that conform with our Terms of Use. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If not, you as a consumer are entitled by law to return them. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return, refund or details written in our Terms of Use.

Summary of Your Key Legal Rights

  • Up to 30 days: if your item is faulty, then you are then entitled to a full refund.
  • Up to six months: if your faulty item can't be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
  • Up to six years: if the item can be expected to last up to six years you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, or, if that doesn't work, some of your money back.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Rights Directive, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place the order through our site and ends 30 days from the day that you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, this period will run from when you receive the last batch. Our terms and conditions will not affect your rights under this act.

If you have ordered a product to be delivered to a third party that has been specified in the order, then the third party acquires physical possession of the goods and must adhere to the cancellation deadline.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must contact our customer services by email or phone providing a clear indication of your cancellation.

 

Effects of Cancellation

You will be reimbursed the full payment of your order to your original method of payment. Delivery charges will not be included in this cost unless the product is faulty or not as described, or whereby we are otherwise at fault. In this case, we reserve the right not to reimburse any supplementary delivery costs other than the standard delivery costs offered by us when placing the order.

We reserve the right to make any deductions from the reimbursement for any loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide us with evidence that you have returned the Products; or
  • if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order.
