Shipping and Exchange Policy
RISE accepts returns for apparel for STORE CREDIT OR MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE ONLY.
  • All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
  • All accessories, swimwear, and sale items are final sale.
RISE monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Express orders including 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 1:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Express orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Exchange Procedure
For customer service questions about exchanges or credit, please email [email protected] with the reason for your exchange within 5 business days of receiving your item(s).
Upon receiving your return authorization email request, a customer care representative will respond with a Return Authorization number (RA#) to process your return. Once you have received the RA#, please write the RA# on the box and include it with your item(s) for exchange and ship it back to us. Once we have received your goods, we will contact you via email with additional return/exchange details.
Please do not send back any item(s) without writing our internal Return Authorization number (RA#) on the box.
For a full store credit, items must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days of your original ship to date. Items received after 10 business days, but within 30 days, are subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be credited. Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
For exchanges, if the requested item is not available, you will be given store credit instead, and will receive an email confirmation.
It takes 3 – 5 business days to process exchanges after we have received your item.
Swimwear, accessories and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, unless we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style, or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for items exchanged for the second time unless the garment is found defective.
All merchandise exchanged for store credit will expire within one year of the purchase date.

HOW DO I SHIP MY EXCHANGE?
Pack and seal your package, in the original packaging if possible, including your Return Authorization number (RA#). You should ship your exchange with a carrier that will supply you with a tracking number to ensure that your package will not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept COD.
