Probably a few hours at most. If the request is declined, then as I stated the best you can do is the standard offer, which entails not editing Wikipedia for six months while familiarizing yourself with the policies, and then requesting an unblock again.

I think this is enough conversation for here, especially since the Simple English Wikipedia is a separate project from the English Wikipedia. I'm going to leave a note about this conversation over at English Wikipedia.
