During the maintenance period, the services/environments listed below will be unavailable.

Planned System Maintenance Dates/Times:
• Saturday, July 13th (11:00 PM - 11:30 PM ct.)

Impacted Applications and Services:
• Communications Cloud (Production environment) via admin.govdelivery.com
• Web Services/APIs for the Communications Cloud environment via api.govdelivery.com
• Targeted Messaging Service (TMS) environment - used by organizations triggering messages directly from their own systems into Granicus via tms.govdelivery.com

The release is timed to commence at 04:30 AM UK and will not impact the live processing of cases.

Usually, there is no loss in service as part of this scheduled engineering work; however, if we expect a transient loss in service to occur within the opening one-hour window of the release.

Scheduled - On Thursday, June 27th 2024, at 4:30am MDT, Granicus is performing standard release for EngagementHQ. We do not anticipate any outages, there is always risk when making infrastructure changes. Therefore, we have scheduled a release window. If an incident occurs during this release, we will have the appropriate staff engaged to immediately resolve it. The release window expected duration is 120 minutes

Resolved - Granicus Engineering teams have reverted back to release 550 to resolve the issues of processes not loading within Customer Portal for several customers.
