We had 10 windows and two doors replaced in two days. From our initial contact with Ernie we were delighted at how committed each member of his support team were. No question was too much, changes made to final choices with no quibble and no upselling or pressure of any kind throughout. From the friendly staff in the showroom to Jed the surveyor we got great guidance and assurance, we came away from every interaction feeling supported and confident that we were making the right choices. A special mention goes out to the fitters David and David who made the whole installation process look easy. Their friendly approach ensured they kept us informed and went above and beyond, fixing any issue that arose which didn’t necessitate them doing. They were the cleanest tradesmen we have had (just make sure you give them coffee :) ). Everyone who passes the house admires the new windows and doors and have even commented on how good David & David were at fitting the windows and doors and we have given out Vantages number already to neighbours. We were delighted to see Ernie win the Which award recently and that he took all his staff to the awards event, showing he cares for his staff. We couldn't recommend Ernie and his company enough.

FANTASTIC! Once again , we are absolutely delighted with Vantage Windows and doors. What a brilliant Job! Davie and David were Really Friendly , Tidy , profesional and the finished job looks amazing. What a difference. Today was the biggest job so Far with 3 bedroom windows, Kitchen, Bathroom and 2 hallway windows being replaced. Recently had every window in my flat replaced by Vantage. Every element of the experience was brilliant, from Ernie coming out to price up and measure the windows, my visit to the showroom to the windows being installed. The fitters were brilliant, so hard working, professional & explained everything clearly to me, keeping me updated on how the job was going. Real value for money too. Highly recommend, can’t fault them.

We used Vantage to replace a window and door. I was delighted with the result. The quality was excellent David and David were great guys, the workmanship was excellent and everything was left spotless. My neighbour recommended Vantage as he had dealt with them and was very pleased with the work they did for him.

Vantage was nothing but totally dedicated to delivering the replacement of all our windows and doors. I had 4 quotes in total. Vantage price-wise were in the middle however on reading their reviews, the company sounded great and had won lots of awards. I have to say this company is excellent in every way. The quality of the materials, the product, and workmanship are fantastic and great value for money. A big thank you to our fitters Father and son team David and David. We had great communication with them explaining everything that they would be doing and showing us pictures of what they had done if we weren't around. They were very hardworking and friendly and done a fantastic job throughout with the fitting and hardwood finishes. They had two very hard long days fitting our 8 windows and 2 doors and still cleaned up all their mess before they left. I would highly recommend Vantage Windows to all family and friends. They certainly live up to all their good reviews and the awards they have won. We didn't have to part with a penny until after we had our final walkthrough and inspection and were totally satisfied to which we were. To Ernie and your team, we cannot thank you enough. We are extremely happy with our windows and doors and they look fantastic.

It was a pleasure to work with every member of the team, all of whom were very knowledgeable and reassuring. We are delighted with our new windows and doors, and will be recommending Vantage to neighbours, family and friends. A special mention is due to the fitting team, who worked for three days in freezing (albeit sunny) temperatures to get the job done in the timeframe quoted, but with no compromise on quality.

Just want to write a review to say thanks to Ernie and the team at Vantage. My doors and windows were fitted a few years ago, and even after the fact, customer service is exceptional. Ernie is always contactable with any queries, and the team work fast to help you. I had an issue with a door which was fixed today. Every member of the team from the showroom to fitting, to after-sales service has been excellent. Everyone is polite, personable, professional and always working with a great sense of humour. It’s great to have a reliable, local, trusted business to support. If ever needed I would definitely purchase from you again. The whole company are a credit to local business, and being a trusted member of the community. If you ever expand into fitted wardrobes, roofing or rough casting please let me know!! The service from every area of the business is fantastic. The girls in the office are lovely and really helpful, the surveyor was efficient and knowledgeable and the fitters went over and above.

I spent a good deal of time thoroughly researching the companies before I even had anyone out to quote for my new windows and doors. I had 5 quotes in total. Vantage price wise were in the middle however, in every other measurable way they were absolutely miles ahead of all the other companies we had out. On reading their reviews, the company almost sounded too good to be true. However, after experiencing the whole process firsthand, I have to say this company is excellent in every way! The quality of the materials, the product and workmanship were easily better than the other companies I had out and value for money was first class. The guys cleared up and left the job extremely neat and tidy which was great as well. I have high standards so I’m not easy to please. I give this company top marks in every area. Would highly recommend.
