How do I reset my password?

To reset your password click here and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to your email, click the link and enter your new password, as requested. Save when complete and log in with your username and new password.

Issues logging into the Which? website?

If you're experiencing issues logging in to your Which? account, you could try clearing your cache and cookies. Your web browser will store some information from the websites you visit in its cache and cookies such as passwords. On occasion, this stored information can cause login issues.

You can find the instructions on how to delete your cache and cookies for the most common browsers below. Just remember to close and reopen your browser before re-entering your passwords and select passwords if you are provided with a drop-down list:

How do I access Which? reviews?

Subscribe to Which? full access or digital and login to the website for thousands of product reviews and expert guides. 

How do I cancel a subscription?

We hope you’re getting the most from your subscriptions with Which? and will be sorry to see you go. To cancel any of your subscriptions, log into ‘My Account’, and click ‘Cancellation’. Alternatively, you can speak to our live chat team by clicking ‘chat to an agent’ in the bottom right, or call us on 029 2267 0000. Opening hours are 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

Can I update my details online?

You can update a wide range of details and manage appointments through 'My Account'. Simply log in with your Which? username and password.

How do I know if an email from Which? is genuine?

Depending on what type it is, emails from Which? will be sent by one of the following.

"Which?" will always feature prominently in the name of the sender, for example "Which?", "Which? Money Compare", or "Which? Campaigns". If you've received an email claiming to be from Which?, but strikes you as suspicious for any reason, please contact us.

I've found a technical issue with the website

If you’d like to report a technical issue with our website, select the blue feedback tab on the right of the screen. Choose the icon that represents your experience with our website, click ‘technical issue’ from the list, and type details of your issue in the comments box. Once complete, click submit. 

Before reporting a broken link found on the website, first, clear your cache and cookies and attempt a fresh login.
