🌳 Happy 1 Year Anniversary Laura Cronk🌳 Today we celebrate one year of our Operations Manager! In the 12 months Laura has been at Areti Group, she has transformed us operationally. The list of achievements she has achieved in a short space of time is remarkable. Implemented a new CRM, Data reporting tool, HR System, she works incredibly well with our key partners and suppliers, and we are incredibly lucky to have her and the glue that holds it together. Laura is not only amazing operationally, but has an amazing way of making people accountable for their roles in the business without being demanding. We are all excited about what the next 12 months holds. Huge congratulations to Nick Oldridge who completed the London Marathon yesterday, crossing the finish line with an impressive time of just under 4 hours! 🏅 Not only did he achieve a remarkable personal achievement, but he also did it all in support of a cause that truly matters – Young Lives vs Cancer.
