What a great careers fair at Hazelwick School! It’s amazing to see how much the fair has grown since last year and the students are still super engaged with some great questions. Fisheries has been the most popular today 🐠 The real highlight is the certificate which will be proudly displayed in the office!

Hazelwick School job opportunity! Cover Supervisor Full-time: 8.00am – 3.05pm, term time plus inset days. We have a range of opportunities available, including flexible, part-time hours. Salary: £21,933 per annum including Fringe Area Allowance. Salary is paid pro rata for part-time hours We are looking for engaging and motivated people to join our existing team of Cover Supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to move into teaching or wanting more school-based experience. This has proven to be a very successful route for graduates to gain school experience to support an application for teacher training. • As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise students when a teacher is absent. Your responsibilities will be to maintain a good learning atmosphere, assisting and supporting the students where necessary. • Other duties may include being a Form Tutor, administrative tasks, supporting departments as necessary and assisting with after school clubs and PE fixtures • We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, flexibility and a can-do approach. Previous classroom experience will be an advantage.
