Today we had the great honor of welcoming Ola Källenius, Chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group and CEO of Mercedes-Benz. He was Managing Director of HPP from 2005 to 2009 and is still an F1 enthusiast. We talked about the good old days and the challenges that lay ahead. Ola is indeed an inspiring leader and spending time with him was truly a motivational boost and gives us confidence that we are doing a great job here at Mercedes-AMG High Performance Powertrains. Many thanks for visiting us!

Yesterday we revealed the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team Sim Racing Steering Wheel (2024) to the world, a project I’ve been leading on since day one... and have become quite emotionally attached too 😅 Not to be confused as a replica, this fully functional steering wheel truly is a Mercedes-AMG F1 wheel in its own right, built for the virtual race car. A true collaboration between Mercedes-AMG F1 and Sim-Lab Products to bring an authentic Mercedes-AMG F1 driving experience like no other to the hands of the public for the very first time and further bridging the gap between sim racing and motorsports. I'm incredibly proud of what we have built and excited to see it out in the world. ℹ https://lnkd.in/eKfJKcs2
