🎁 Feedback is gift, and this is a great gift! 🎁 The 2024 Advantage Group International supplier feedback survey results are out, and some very strong improvement by the trading team at Ocado Retail - Overall, across all suppliers NPS improved from +17 to +31, placing Ocado no.2 online grocery retailer in the UK across 11 retailers. - Ocado showed YoY improvements in score as well as rank on all four of the metrics suppliers score retailers on (Partnership, Execution, Reputation, Vision). On Execution we jumped up 4 spots to be rank #1 in UK Whilst we will always strive to improve further, it is really encouraging to see our supplier partners recognise the improved collaboration. With our supplier partners, our goal is to Grow Together. And we do this thorough Clarity (on our strategy), Confidence (to invest with us), and Collaboration (it is in our DNA)! Clarity + Confidence + Collaboration = Growing Together

Surplus food ➡️ nutritious meals 🍽️ We’re celebrating our 5th year supporting The Felix Project. 🍴🍝 As London’s largest food redistribution charity, they transform surplus food into delicious, nutritious meals for over 1,000 charities.
