Last week marked the conclusion of Permira’s global internship programme. A huge thank you to the 75+ Permirans across our offices who supported Insights week and our Summer Scholars and #internship programs this summer in London, New York, and Menlo Park. Over 50 students from our Permira Foundation partners— Minds Matter NYC, Minds Matter Bay Area (MMBay), Career Ready, The 10,000 Interns Foundation, The Change Foundation UK, Magic Breakfast and Place2Be—joined our offices and were embedded in our teams for 1-4 weeks to learn about #privateequity and experience working in a corporate environment. For many students, this was a transformative opportunity that will broaden their horizons and shape their next steps.
