One of our sites, Tees Valley, celebrates becoming a Dementia Friendly Hospital! This means that the team there are aware of and understand dementia so that people can be understood, respected and supported. The team worked hard to set out an action plan to achieve this status, getting a visit from Dementia Action Teesside who were satisfied on the actions committed to.
