RCM recently hosted students from The Amos Bursary for a networking event in our New York office, and a Women in STEM event in our London office. Students participated in specialist talks given by members of RCM’s Investor Relations, Economic Research, Investment, and Quantitative teams, who also provided insights into their day-to-day roles and career paths. RCM is proud to partner with such motivated and talented students from the Bursary, and we thank them for travelling to New York to experience our US office culture!

Another great event for the #RCMRunners who recently competed in the Standard Chartered 5km road race around the City of London. Well done to all who took part.

The RCM London office was thrilled to host the talented students from London Academy of Excellence Tottenham, both for our Insight Day and the week of Work Experience. We hope these students enjoyed meeting with RCM teams, and gained valuable insights on pursuing a career within the financial services.

Many congratulations to the #RCMRunners who recently completed the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in both London and New York. Over 45 team members took on the 5.6 kilometre / 3.5 mile run, and together averaged 28:02 around the course. A special mention to Eve who finished in her division Top 10 for the London race, and Top 50 for the Overall challenge.   Well done to all for their efforts at their 2024 event.

We are proud to provide an environment where people feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day.   Our internal LGBTQ+ Interest Group provides members with opportunities to participate in regular LGBTQ+ focused events throughout the year

Representatives from RCM recently attended a gala dinner to celebrate The Amos Bursary's 15-year anniversary. The team were delighted to be joined on their table by two Amos students, Racheal and Peter, who explained how the bursary supported them as they now navigate their university careers. The evening was an opportunity to celebrate the student achievement enabled by The Amos Bursary, an organisation which RCM is proud to support.

As part of our ongoing partnership with London Academy of Excellence Tottenham, RCM was pleased to host another 'Women in STEM' Insight Day for LAET students planning to study STEM subjects at university.   The students enjoyed a variety of sessions and activities including a deep dive into AI, a trading simulation game, and conversations about quant and trading roles; the day concluded with a speed networking session.   We were delighted by the curiosity and enthusiasm of the attendees, and we thank all the RCM employees whose contributions made this event a great success.

The RCM Women’s Network recently hosted its first educational workshop: Leading from Strengths – Defining Your Strategy for Development and Career Progress, led by Kathryn Bishop CBE. Kathryn strategized with members to identify, develop and leverage their strengths across their teams and RCM broadly. We thank Kathryn for her invaluable insights and inspirational work.

RCM is delighted to celebrate Jian Chao Wu’s 10 year anniversary with the firm. Jian is a Partner and Investment Officer who began his career in the family office. We are proud to recognise Jian’s contributions to our firm for over a decade.   At RCM, we proudly support our people’s growth and development, serving as destination for long-term careers.
