✅ Here’s to another mark of success for our hardworking customer service teams!   👞 People don’t need to contact us very often, so when they do, our contact centre staff try very hard to get their responses right first time. Putting ourselves in the customer’s shoes and providing tailored support to meet individual needs is key.   👏 Our in-house training has been accredited by Institute of Customer Service as meeting their high standards, and having mechanisms in place to assess employees’ competence and ensure strategic support from senior management.   #customerservice #care

⛽ We recently had the pleasure of hosting our dedicated partners from the Fuel Poverty & Leaving No One Behind initiatives at our Ipswich office. 🔋 It was a great opportunity to showcase some of the great work we do for vulnerable customers and how we look after vulnerable individuals who sign up to our Priority Services Register. ⚡ The feedback was overwhelmingly positive as we strive to improve our efforts to look after vulnerable customers. #FuelPoverty

🔋 It's been nearly 12 months since we launched the groundbreaking Power Protect initiative. Power Protect provides battery packs to vulnerable individuals who rely on electricity for life-saving medical equipment. 💡 The programme received overwhelmingly positive feedback during the trial period for individuals in the London, Maidstone, Canterbury, and Bury St Edmunds areas. ⚡ So with the help of Clayton Power UK and their all-in-one power units, we are committing to launching this service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to support vulnerable individuals in case of an unplanned power cut. 🤝 As the first UK Distribution Network to launch this trial, we've been sharing our learnings with other networks so they can help support their vulnerable individuals at the time of an unplanned power cut.

If you’re not able to join us, but would like to be part of the conversation, look out for our summary document later this month.
