Here's our take. 💭 As we cheered on 51-year-old skateboarder Andrew Macdonald at the #Olympics2024 this week, it was the perfect opportunity to reflect on the power of age diversity in our own organisations. Andrew, who is 35 years older than the youngest competitor, is a living testament to the fact that age does not define capability.
