This annual full-text report presents data on area, production, volume of sales, price per pound, value, and number of growers of mushrooms by variety (Agaricus and specialty types), type of production media, selected states and U.S., utilization for U.S., and intentions for the coming year. Data for this report was obtained from grower surveys sent to all known commercial mushroom producers.
