Doctors on Demand

Doctors on Demand allows beneficiaries to connect with board certified physicians through video calls for non-emergency medical conditions and behavioral health services. Avoid the hassle of waiting in the ER for urgent care needs by leveraging virtual health providers from the comfort of your home.  

For urgent care and/or telemental health care services, including psychiatry, Got to: https://doctorondemand.com/microsite/hnfs/.  The average wait time to see an urgent care provider is usually 5 minutes or less.  

Telemynd

Telemynd provides virtual mental healthcare like teletherapy and telepsychiatry. Telemynd providers can address concerns such as major life stressors, emotional distress, depression, and how to cope with anxiety.  

For Telemental health care services including psychiatry, Go to: www.telemynd.com/hnfs. Telemynd is a nationally recognized partner of TRICARE. Tricare Prime Active Duty Family Members, retirees, and their family members do not need a referral or authorization. 

 

As a reminder, Active-Duty Service Members require referrals to obtain urgent care and behavioral healthcare from Doctor on Demand and Telemynd.
