Drone good, Amazon disappointing

So, the good: The drone combo works great and overall exceeds my expectations.

Not so good: I ordered and paid for a NEW combo. Amazon delivered what was obviously an open box or return unit. I could have returned it but I had a photo mission for it right away- Roof inspection.
Now, the drone was unflown and had no obvious flaws . If you are not familiar, the flight time is recorded and viewable on the DJI app. But the packing was obviously reused and there were a couple small tools missing.

Again, I could have returned it, but with my immediate need plus the hassle, I decided to keep it.

Posting this in hopes it helps Amazon avoid a similar situation in the future.
