About the author

Tabitha Elliott discovered that a sensitivity to eggs had been plaguing her health for years when she was in her early 30’s. Due to her busy schedule as a mom with a full-time career, she needed quick and easy recipes with readily available ingredients. When she was unable to find a source of egg-free recipes that tasted good and didn’t require a lot of strange ingredients, she began developing recipes of her own. Several years and thousands of test batches later, she decided to combine her recipe box with her long-term desire to write and make the resource she wished she could have found many years ago. She lives in Missouri with her husband and children. She continues to write and speak on implementing practical solutions for a wide variety of topics.
