Pre-leasing has started for Gibson Point, a 291-unit luxury apartment complex on the shores of Revere promising a “holistic wellness experience” for residents, from an on-site sauna and cold plunge pools to a yoga studio and spa services.

The complex features a mix of different units, with studio rents starting at $2,069, according to the building’s website. “Junior” 1-bedrooms — units with a partial wall separating the bedroom area from the rest of the space — begin at $2,395; one-bedrooms at $2,458; two-bedrooms at $3,335; and three-bedrooms at $4,360.

“Nestled alongside the shimmering waters of the North Shore, Gibson Point provides opportunities for spa-like living in relaxed luxury apartments with breathtaking water views and seamless connectivity to Greater Boston,” said a press release from Redgate, Gibson Point’s developer and owner.

“An on-site restaurant is planned to provide residents with healthy, flexible dining options from breakfast to dinner and beyond, allowing residents and neighbors to enjoy a holistic experience that nourishes their body, mind, and soul from dawn to dusk.”

Gibson Point, at 1 Gibson Way, sits at the tip of Revere’s coastline along Route 1A, just south of the General Edwards Bridge connecting the city to Lynn. In recent years especially, the waterfront expanse has attracted luxury developers, transforming Revere, a city long known for its working-class roots.

Redgate said the Gibson Point’s location provides residents with easy access to both Boston and Route 1A, and an in-house electric shuttle will offer frequent service for residents to the MBTA Blue Line’s Wonderland Station “and other key locations, including Revere Beach.”

At home, building residents will have at their fingertips a host of amenities suited for active and healthy lifestyles, according to Redgate.

The fitness studio will carry “top-line strength and cardio equipment” and “an indoor/outdoor multipurpose studio designed for yoga or barre workouts,” the firm said.

A sauna and cold plunge pools will also be on the premises, allowing for residents to practice thermal cycling, “a process known to optimize the body’s recovery processes,” Redgate said.

Additionally, Gibson Point contains a “Recovery Room” — an area with “Normatec leg compression boots, Therabody foam rollers, and massage guns/loungers” to aid residents in their post-workout cooldowns. Residents can also sign up to receive on-site spa services in a designated treatment room through a digital portal, Redgate said.

Elsewhere around the complex are 11 private co-working areas, with standing treadmill desks and walking pads, and an upper-level lounge with an indoor-outdoor bar, kitchen, and seating, according to the firm.

The building also stands a stone’s throw away from Gibson Park, giving residents access to public recreational amenities, “the kayak and rowing launch, and soon-to-come community boating center,” Redgate said.

“From our state-of-the-art cold plunge pool to serene onsite spa experiences, every amenity at Gibson Point is meticulously curated to nurture mind, body, and soul,” Damian Szary, principal of Redgate, said in a statement. “Paired with its commuter convenient location, on-site dining options, and picturesque vistas, Gibson Point will provide an unparalleled resident experience that serves as a gateway to a vibrant, balanced lifestyle.”

The first move-ins are expected in September, the press release said.
