Job Title: Client Insights Analyst

Location: Pune, India

About This Role

Comscore is looking for a new Client Insights Analyst who will be responsible for completing client-driven data analysis to answer user product and data questions, and to provide useful insights to clients relating to application of data for their business use cases, such as RFP response, competitive benchmarking, campaign planning, and research. Provides first line of product training and support to clients of Comscore’s syndicated product offerings. Provides clients with technical tagging support. Communicates product enhancements and methodology changes to clients. Identifies training opportunities based on client usage and needs. Partners with sales and proactively communicates client updates to respective account leads.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducts client-driven data investigations by analyzing data in reports and from internal systems under supervision; escalates investigations to internal teams if analysis is inconclusive.
  • Responds to client questions about data and aids client with interpretation of data.
  • With assistance, provides clients with data interpretation for RFP responses and internal presentations Trains clients on Comscore My Metrix reports, methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Customizes training to suit client needs by considering the client’s business needs, industry, and competitors. Uses My Metrix to research and develop client deliverables and insights. Conducts live presentations and demos to provide client support as an assigned syndicated resource.
  • Answers customer support hotline; escalates issues when appropriate; navigates through internal teams easily and involves management when needed.
  • Supports Client Insights team by setting up tags after gaining a basic familiarity with tagging and unified reporting across PC, mobile app, video, mobile video, and OTT.
  • As needed, creates content for trainings and demos ranging from PowerPoint decks and example Excel reports.
  • Receives client dictionary submissions and ensures all definition requests meet Comscore’s branding and dictionary rules; follows Comscore process for submitting changes with supervision and attention to details.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university, preferably with a focus in advertising or marketing coursework/major
  • 0-2 years advertising and/or marketing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable with internet technologies and basic familiarity of the technical side of how the internet functions
  • Proactively searches out additional opportunities to broaden product growth

Shift Timing:

The regular hours for this position will cover a combination of business hours in the US and India – typically 9am-5.30pm IST.  Occasionally, later hours may be required for meetings with teams in other parts of the world.  Additionally, for the first 4-6 weeks of onboarding and training, US Eastern time hours (IST -9:30) may be required.
