The restaurant chain is adding eight new items expanding its current vegetarian food offering.
A new plant-based doner called the Vegan Pulled Fillet will be called OV Kebab on the menu is a pulled chicken style kebab infused with GDK’s signature spice blend.
The kebab is toasted waffle bread and garnished with fresh lettuce, red cabbage, sliced onions, tomatoes, and GDK’s three signature sauces - yoghurt, garlic and spicy.
However, it can also be customised to suit your needs.
For those wanting to get in on plant-based action, the offering will make a great alternative to the usual lunch/dinner options that are available on the high street.
It will be available as an alternative choice of protein across all mains, including their famous OG Kebab. This means there is an increase of eight additional vegetarian options available for customers to enjoy.
Dr Thorsk Westphal, GDK Global CMO, comments: "We are and always have been dedicated to redefining the kebab experience, prioritising quality and fresh ingredients to deliver a premium experience.
