EastEnders to supersize with a special six-episode week when Ben and Paul go public
EASTENDERS fans are in for a treat as the BBC soap will run a string of six-episodes in one week, it’s been confirmed.
Ben Mitchell and Paul Coker will go public in EastEnders
Official schedules revealed that an hour-long edition will air at 8pm on Wednesday, April 27, on top of the soap’s further four screenings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday that week.
The hour-long special will merge two episodes together, consequently meaning viewers will get a total of six programmes to get stuck into over the course of five days.
Ben Mitchell and Paul Coker will kick off the week in style by sharing their first kiss in public at the Queen Vic.
After Abi’s fake pregnancy was finally exposed in explosive scenes which aired this week, Ben (Harry Reid) will finally get closer to his true love interest.

The change in schedule is thought to be down to BBC's sports coverage
Provisional schedules have also suggested another six-episode stint for the following week with a similar hour-long episode on Wednesday, May 4.
The scheduling change is believed to be down to a wave of sporting events which will dominate the BBC.
EastEnders continues this Monday at 8pm on BBC One.
