Analysis of the Fiscal Resources Supporting At-Risk Youth Ages 13-24 in Hawaii
Efforts to address the needs of at-risk youth are critical to future success and stability of Hawaii’s economy. Hawaii Community Foundation has commissioned a study to identify the public and private funding available to support at-risk youth, ages 13 to 24. This fiscal mapping study also analyzes the extent to which the state is using funding effectively to sustain services for at-risk youth.
