This decision is only on the table if you can afford to retire, cost of living is incredibly high and I have seen many retired professional re-enter the workforce simply because their retirement budget/plan did not cater for the high rise in inflation and ongoing economic volatility across the globe. Lets say money is no issue, this is all personal preference. It's a short life so do what makes you happy, I personally love my job, engaging with people whilst helping them land dream jobs and helping clients hire talent they are in real need of. Maybe in 20 Years I may opt for an extra day on the golf course, let's see ;)
