A manager works in the ‘today’ a leader must be a mystic of sorts. Asking the question “Where will the world be in 3 years?” Gather a group of line workers and volunteers and senior managers and spend a half day asking that question in terms of politics, gender issues, workforce, economics, and technology. Then make 3 moves to get there.
