What are the key decision-making skills for business leaders?

One thing I spend a lot of time on is identifying the exact reason for the issue ~ and ONLY then starting to think of solutions ☆ with key reasons available, it becomes very easy to come up with perfect solutions.

The most important decision-making skill for business leaders is not just the ability to make the right decisions, but also the willingness to take calculated risks and learn from failures, as it is often through these experiences that true growth and innovation can occur.

If you spend your time doing what a leader should be doing, which is watching and listening and paying attention, it will be much easier to identify the problem. Most managers get them self stuck in the weeds and unable to identify the problems. After identifying the problem, it’s much easier to create a solution.

Evaluating alternatives in business is comparable to a chess grandmaster evaluating positions on the board. One of the greatest chess players, Garry Kasparov, said, "Chess is mental torture."
