Get out of your head. 5. Listen, Listen & Listen. Listen with open mind, open heart and open will. 6. Create small prototypes / experiments to test your hypothesis. 7. Learn by doing -Iterate, Iterate and Iterate. 8. Scale up after enough upgradation of the original idea.

1. Look back and look front ( review past and keep an eye on the future) 2. Take opinion from team members of all key departments, irrespevctive of job titles 3. Don't be afraid to take risks but be mindful and calculate what is at stake 4. Embrace Change, Challenges and Chaos!

Use a team and consider all barriers. First, identify the outcome you desire. Then, consider the team or individuals that can assist with each entity of the goal. Review the financial and time commitment it will take to complete the goals. Then, assess the risks and barriers that may come about. This can include unforeseen availability for the team. It can also include financial constraints. During the strategic decision-making, consider how to mitigate the barriers and risks. Allow additional time for unforeseen, unexpected situations, demonstrating the flexibility of the process.

While taking strategic decisions, it is always better to gather relevant data. Data helps to remove biases and can give a better direction. Weighing the pros and cons of a decision based on the findings of data reduces the probability of failure.

In my experience, if you have the correct database and proper structures and categories of information, introducing human expertise supported by currently affordable and available AI tools, can yield speedy and verifiable research and analysis for many problem solving conditions and situations. The key element to this approach is that you still need to have human involvement with an expert, someone with subject matter expertise to confirm the prevailing research, analysis and recommendations.

Rather than relying solely on intuition or gut instinct, successful leaders understand the importance of grounding their decisions in data and market insights. By leveraging analytics, scenario planning, and input from cross-functional teams, they are able to make informed choices that not only align with their long-term goals but also mitigate potential risks and uncertainties.
