From his past startup experience, Ranjan has been fascinated by language generation for years, and has been able to bring Generative AI directly into our worlds of marketing and business. At Adore Me, innovation is truly a team sport and we've brought together our tech and business teams to launch both game-changing new services like AM By You, along with augmenting everyday processes like writing product descriptions. At Adore Me we take on seemingly impossible challenges. In 2011, we were founded to solve a single problem: help women buy bras online. It might seem like a simple task, but a bra is one of the most complex and personal garments in existence. Managing the design, procurement, logistics, and customer experience involved is an uphill climb, but one that built our company to take on increasingly greater challenges. Adore Me grew into the first major online player in lingerie, as well as the first to introduce inclusive sizing in the category. We launched a wholly-owned logistics center, Adore Me Services, in 2017, the same year we became profitable (something very important to us). We've launched a pioneering try-at-home shopping service, a number of innovation-focused satellite brands, and most importantly, an affordable sustainability model that is transforming our entire business to make sustainable clothing available to consumers of all shapes, sizes, and spending abilities. Adore Me believes fashion can be a force for good, for everyone.

2024 marked another year of collaborating with Smiley Company on a limited-edition collection in honor of Pride Month! Always such a pleasure to join forces with like-minded brands for causes we both hold close to our hearts. 🏳️🌈 This capsule collection — which uses a digital-printing process developed by MAS Holdings to use less water compared to standard printing processes — was featured by Bustle in their list of Pride Month collections that actually benefit LGBTQ+ communities. This year and every year, we're proud to donate to The Ali Forney Center in support of their mission to protect LGBTQ+ youth from homelessness. Adore Me’s third-annual ESG report is officially live, marking another year of progress in the sustainability space! Our 2023 report highlights all the sustainability-focused initiatives our team has set in motion in the last year, which have all contributed to a 63% decrease in our overall carbon footprint compared to our 2021 baseline. From the launch of the Adore Me Sustainability Accelerator, our partnership with CommonShare to increase traceability along our value chain, to our recently launched Eco Design Guide — we’re proud of the many ways we’ve moved the needle in the past year. It’s our belief that real progress in sustainability will remain limited until the entire fashion industry makes it their mission. It’s our hope that, with the progress we’ve made, we’ve contributed to making that mission scalable. Question: What does the word "sustainable" even mean? Answer: K. Corley Kenna from Patagonia says there's not a very clear definition for the word, which has lead to it becoming a buzzy marketing term. We couldn't agree more. As U.S. laws and government guidance lag behind the speed at which the apparel industry evolves on environmental factors, retailers are deciding for themselves the best way to present their products and environmental initiatives. As for Adore Me, we've been working with the framework being led by the EU, knowing those standards and guidelines will eventually make their way to the States. Eve Morel, our ESG Compliance Officer, said it best: "It's more important to be more conservative [with environmental messaging] and make sure anything you say is backed up with real data." 👏 Thank you , Bloomberg for the feature!
