AHC partnered with ULI Washington to explore a comprehensive vision for the Serrano Apartments in Arlington, Virginia, using Urban Land Institute's Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) process. After community discussions, stakeholder roundtables, and panel meetings, the TAP produced a set of recommendations for reimagining the buildings and surrounding property and presented them to AHC and the community last week. A huge thank you to ULI Washington and the panelists for their hard work and dedication to helping reimagine the Serrano community with the input of residents and other key community stakeholders. Thank you to Virginia Housing for helping make the project possible through a Community Impact Grant. Read more about the TAP and its proposed vision for the Serrano: https://lnkd.in/ei6-uk7z.
