Alatus, LLC opened our 116-unit, 100% low-income housing tax credit community Chorus Apartments in Hopkins, MN on 12/01/2023. Chorus Apartments features a rooftop solar array, centralized VRF heat-pump HVAC system, Metro Transit Residential Passes for all units, designated out-door Hour Car location, 3 & 4 BDR units, and averages 50% AMI rental and income qualifications for all units. These projects are a bear and certainly take a village - but are tremendously needed and worthwhile. The project would not have been possible without the progressive thinking of City of Hopkins, Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, Hennepin County, and Minnehaha Creek Watershed District.
