High Fives for Five Below! 🙌 We’ve just wrapped up a 345,600 SF warehouse expansion for Five Below in Buckeye, AZ! This addition includes 36 new dock positions, making their already impressive distribution center even more efficient. Back in 2021, ARCO Design/Build designed and built the original 858,000 SF facility, and as one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country, it’s no surprise that Five Below was ready to expand. ARCO recently celebrated the start of our latest project for Pure Development and Domino’s in Ontario, CA! The 64,320 SF expansion will more than double the size of the leading pizza chain’s busiest production and distribution center in the nation and will allow Domino’s to service thousands of stores throughout the Western U.S. To celebrate the start of this significant project, ARCO, Pure Development, and Domino’s hosted a special demolition day event, marking the official beginning of the project. Once completed, the expansion will include a 31,351 SF dry warehouse, an 11,388 SF -10°F freezer, an 8,317 SF 35°F cold dock, a 7,685 SF 35°F cooler, and a CO2 refrigeration system. #ColdStorage #ConstructionMilestone
