Principals Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Laurinda Spear continue to explore and push the limits of their innovative use of geometry, pattern, and color to introduce a new brand of humanistic modern design to the world. Over the years, Arquitectonica has received hundreds of design awards, and the firm’s groundbreaking work has been the subject of international exhibitions at numerous museums and institutions. The Miami River Bridge project is set to bring a dynamic new development to Downtown Miami, showcasing a commitment to the city's growth and its residents. This revitalization will feature nearly 500 feet of enhanced Riverwalk perfect for strolling, dining, and enjoying green spaces. The development connects SE 2nd Avenue to the riverfront, linking Biscayne Bay and Bayfront Park, and will integrate the Metromover's Riverwalk station. The project includes a new Hyatt Regency Miami with 615 rooms and 200,000 SF of modern meeting space along with a stunning skybridge featuring a rooftop restaurant and lounge. Additionally, 1,500 new apartments will be constructed to address the city's growing needs. Exciting news! Our new iconic building on Sunset Strip Los Angeles by Silver Creek Development has received city approval and is set to transform the skyline. With its fluid balconies and green pockets, this 11-story development features a 90-key hotel, 78 residences (16 inclusionary units), and active commercial spaces at the ground plane to enhance pedestrian friendliness along Sunset Blvd. A breezeway weaves through the building, connecting to a sunlit park, offering valuable community amenities and enriches the urban experience. Our latest project along Miami's waterfront, Solana Bay Residences, was designed to bridge the natural environment with a luxurious living experience. Certified for Sustainable Florida Green Building Design, the building includes 52 units across 10 stories and over 9,000 SF of curated amenity spaces.
