Our latest project along Miami's waterfront, Solana Bay Residences, was designed to bridge the natural environment with a luxurious living experience. Certified for Sustainable Florida Green Building Design, the building includes 52 units across 10 stories and over 9,000 SF of curated amenity spaces. Introducing our new office in Dubai Design District (D3), a vibrant hub for our Middle Eastern projects. Designed by Philip Gillard, Managing Director for the Dubai office, and brought to life by Designfit, this 145sqm workspace merges functionality with sustainability, setting a new standard for architectural offices. The office has achieved LEED Gold certification which is a testament to Arquitectonica’s dedication to environmental stewardship. The use of sustainable materials, finishes, and pinnable acoustic panels underpins the environmentally conscious design. Featuring a dynamic layout with a welcoming area, collaborative spaces, two versatile meeting rooms, and a pantry, the design emphasizes efficiency and creativity. Highlights include an artistic map of Arquitectonica's global offices, color-shifting ceiling rafts, and creative pin-up surfaces. Arquitectonica is working on the newest edition to Miami's Little River North neighborhood, 8038 NE 2nd Ave. The building features 454 units, and 19,000 SF of commercial space. Congratulations, RENCO USA! RENCO was awarded the Gold Award at the A’Design Competition earlier this month. Known as one of the world’s largest and most prestigious design awards, the A’Design Award & Competition celebrates exceptional and original design work from across the globe, inspiring designers, artists, architects, brands, and design agencies. We’re proud to have collaborated with RENCO on our recent Lakewood Village project, which involved constructing four residential apartment buildings using their innovative building block system.

Earlier this month we joined our Director of Masterplanning & Urban Planning, Amal Ayoub, at INDEX Exhibition, the ultimate design and fit-out gathering in the Middle East where she participated in the panel: “Building Tomorrow’s Cities: How Urban Spaces Are Shaped by Today’s Trends.” During the conversation, Amal touched on the importance of sustainable and environmentally conscious design when creating urban spaces that enhance the well-being of people and places.

Introducing the newly redeveloped and redesigned headquarters for AIA a Hong Kong-based multinational insurance and finance corporation. Arquitectonica was tasked with honoring the history of the company and the site while creating a welcoming and innovative new workspace to serve the company's evolving needs. As the city's first urban campus, the new AIA headquarters were designed to be environmentally conscious, future-proof, and adaptable, ensuring longevity and flexibility.
