Meet Pablo Velez, our dedicated Hilo Supervisor III at Baldor. He started as a Hilo driver in the freezer, and with over 10 years of experience in foodservice, retail, and wholesale, he's an essential part of our team. Pablo has been leading the picking team for two years and loves the challenge of making sure our daily operations stay on track. “I am Mexican American and I began at Jetro in Hunts Point, gaining the knowledge I needed. I joined Baldor in 2021 as a Hilo driver in the freezer. It was initially intimidating, but seeing how big the operation is made me want to learn more. Even though no days are the same with outbound operations, I enjoy the challenge of making everything run smoothly.” How does Baldor support your professional growth and development? "I have a leadership team that coaches me and always tells me to look at the bigger picture in everything. I'm am lucky to have Natanael DeJesus, one of Baldor's veterans as one of my mentors.
