    From dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant to discussing the emerging trends in B2B eCommerce, the B2B Online event in Chicago was one for the books! Here’s some of my favorite moments from Bear Group’s participation in the event: ⚡Incredible opportunities to hear firsthand about how to get ahead of shifting buying patterns. B2B eCommerce has completely transformed since 2020 - but the road has been rocky. From discussing how web strategy can enable better personalization at scale, to the three GenAI questions your business should be able to answer, to conversion rate optimization, there was never a shortage of novel strategies and solid discussion.  ⚡The best conversation I had at the event was with Rob Jenson from Stihl - and Brian Lange from Future Commerce. We had an eye-opening discussion regarding what’s on the horizon for B2B commerce, and I’m still thinking about it!  ⚡We hosted an incredible dinner for B2B leaders alongside Adobe at Topolobampo in Chicago. This meal was to die for - and check out that dessert pic! Thanks to everyone who came out with us!
