Last month in Phoenix, we were proud to support the Neurosurgery Research and Education Foundation (NREF) Research and Education Foundation MIS and Emerging Tech Course Course at Barrow Neurological Institute for the second consecutive year. The NREF is dedicated to providing education to neurosurgeons, funding research into new and existing neurosurgical treatments in order to identify links between best practices and improved outcomes in patient care. The invite-only course hosts some of the top residents and fellows in the country along with many that we have seen at Bioventus training events at least once this year. BoneScalpel® was prominently featured at five of the six cadaveric lab stations. A big ‘thank-you' to our team: Shawna Cannon, Nathan Bibeau, Adam O'Neil, Amanda Houston, and Alex Larivee. We were proud to support the International Spine Study Group (ISSG) Fellows and Residents Course at the Viticus Center in Las Vegas earlier this month. ISSG surgeons are dedicated to the advancement of treatment for adults with spinal deformity. Comprehensive multi-center prospective research studies are used to answer questions regarding treatment approach and techniques to achieve the best possible outcomes. This premier, invite-only event hosted 200 fellows, residents, and faculty who circulated among 15 cadaveric, and 5 dry-lab stations. As a trusted industry partner, our surgical solutions team was happy to bring our energy and expertise to attendees, answer questions, and demonstrate how we empower spine surgeons to do their best work. #SpineSurgery #MedEd #Training

We are thrilled to share the results of our recent book drive in partnership with Wake Med, aimed at bringing comfort and creativity to patients during their stay. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we surpassed our goal of 200 donations, collecting an incredible 1,166 items — 769 books and 397 art supplies! These donations will inspire and bring smiles to patients of all ages. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed. Together, we’ve made a difference!
