Yesterday, the ACE team put the finishing touches on the Norfolk Stormwater Pump Station project for the City of Norfolk, VA. This pump station is scenically located next to the historic USS Wisconsin in the heart of Norfolk. Throughout the project duration, American Contracting and Environmental Services installed (3) new stormwater control gates and (2) new actuators. These upgrades will help ensure proper stormwater management in downtown Norfolk. Special thanks to E.T. Gresham Company for performing the crane operations in a high traffic area. Hopefully this will be the first of many successful projects between ACE and the City of Norfolk.
