The Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act is must-pass legislation thanks to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) provisions included in the bill. We are grateful for Senator Schumer's support and urge his colleagues in the Senate to move now. In New York alone, more than 262,000 homes were built or preserved between 1986-2022 thanks to LIHTC.
