I am exploring the best platform to visualize 3D geospatial data. I think it all depends on a usecase and I want to have various options to express my data. In this trial, I stored traffic accident data (red dots) in #CeisumIon and consumed the data in #CesiumForUnreal and #TerriaMap. Google #Photorealistic3DTiles is the base map here. What do you think? 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗔'𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗢, an open vocabulary zero-shot object detection model and part of NVIDIA's 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 (𝗩𝗟𝗠). I tested it on a video I recorded while flying over 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗻 using Cesium 3D tiles in Unreal Engine. I compared object detection thresholds of 0.3 and 0.1 in the video. I also applied it to an old project video, detecting 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀, 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀. These 𝗩𝗟𝗠𝘀, accessible via API on any platform, offer speed, precision, and seamless integration, Perfect for enhancing computer vision in construction, digital twins, and beyond.
