📍Our team of ex-CIA officers and experts on North Korea is no stranger to clandestine practices and subversive tactics from foreign governments. It’s one of the inspirations for us building a trust and safety platform to begin with. That being said, we didn’t expect to find foreign adversaries in our own applicant pool. 🤯 Nevertheless, we got to work. It’s been a week since #TrustCon and the Cinder crew are still fired up from the experience. Another epic TrustCon in the books! First, huge congrats and thanks to Charlotte Willner and Trust & Safety Professional Association. You did it again! We heard 1500+ people in attendance?? We can’t wait for TrustCon 2025! Next, a big thank-you to Chris Price from Patreon for taking over the Cinder plenary on Wednesday. Great slides, relatable content, and a great case study in building a Trust & Safety program—we couldn’t ask for a better partnership. Likewise, a big thank-you to Tina Wu and Sam Freeman for their outstanding presentations. We’re incredibly fortunate to have professionals like you on our side at Cinder! You set the bar high.
