🎉 Loan Closed! 🎉 We're thrilled to announce the recent closing of a project that supports the installation of solar panels on a local church in SE DC. In collaboration with DC Green Bank, we've supported ROI Solar LLC's commitment to providing the church with free energy. Through the free energy agreement, the church expects to save an average of $895 monthly equating to $10,700 annually. These substantial savings will significantly benefit the community by allowing the church to reallocate resources to its programs and services. As we gear up to launch our Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund lending operations, we are excited to facilitate similar clean energy projects that further DC’s sustainable development goals. To learn more about this project, read the official press release here: https://lnkd.in/etmdeRDq

I actually set my GPS from New York straight to their spot. We’d never met, but not only did they give me their time, they also made recommendations and even phone calls on my behalf.
