It was so great to have 100 kiddos around the city today to experience life as a public employee. This event takes a lot of work but seeing the kids smiling faces, having fun, makes it all worth it! Big shout out to all the employees who brought their kiddos today, but especially Chloe Sawatzky, TRMC Grace Currie and the entire STARS team for putting on such a great event! #FPED
Future Public Employee Day with the City of Carrollton was a fantastic success! I'm incredibly proud of our Customer Services Department teams, including Courts and the Resolution Center, for their outstanding setups that showcased the amazing work they do while educating everyone about our wonderful city. It was so cool to see coworkers' kids experiencing what we talk about at work and getting to meet them since we often share stories about our families. Although Abby was too young to participate, I made sure she got her own name badge, and I had enough fun for the both of us. Events like this highlight the dedication and passion of our teams and the bright future ahead for Carrollton! Big shout out to: Grace Currie Chloe Sawatzky, TRMC, Tonysha Anderson, Rosa Martinez, and Cristina Rodriguez and the Municipal Courts team.
