Penn State University East Halls Development - Phase 2C is receiving its occupancy approval ahead of schedule! This milestone is bittersweet as it draws nearly a decade-long development project to a close. Our team has accomplished some amazing things on the East Halls and they are excited to carry on what they learned with Penn State's Pollock Halls starting in May 2025. Thank you to the outstanding team that got this project to the finish line.
