🧠🏘️🚀 I had an incredible time speaking at Destination Homes at The Larry H. Miller Company Headquarters in Salt Lake this week. I spoke on mental toughness and how the lessons from sports translates to business and work life as well as at home. Mentality is trained. Mentality is earned. Mentality is the separating factor. One skill that I talked about was the concept of “priming”. We prime ourselves every day for the tasks we’ll face. What is your priming plan look like? Take time to plan this and eliminate barriers the night before to help you accumulate wins as fast as possible. It’s not about what you “can’t do” it’s about what you “can do”. Thanks again to Destination Homes! I loved meeting everyone and seeing the amazing team culture.
